California / San Mateo Minimum Wage Poster - Polypropylene

Mandatory San Mateo Change - Effective January 1, 2025.
San Mateo, California, has made a mandatory change to its Minimum Wage posting to show the rate of $17.95 per hour that takes effect on January 1, 2025. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.

• Meets requirements of Title 5, Chapter 5.92 of the San Mateo Municipal Code Minimum Wage Regulations
• Required for all employers within the geographic boundaries of the City, except government agencies. Hotel employers use a different poster.
• Employers are required to post a notice in the workplace informing employees of the current minimum wage rate and of their rights
• Every employer shall post such notices in English & in any language spoken by at least 5% of the employees at the workplace or job site
• Notice should be posted in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
