• Satisfies requirements of San Francisco Police Code Article 33F, Section 3300F.7, and 33G, 3300G.6
• Any employer that owns or operates a Formula Retail Establishment with 20 or more employees in San Francisco must post a "Bill of Rights" in a place where employees can easily view it. This does not include a nonprofit corporation or government entity. "Formula Retail Establishment" shall mean a business located in San Francisco that falls under the Planning Code's definition of "Formula Retail Use," as amended from time to time, except that the business must have at least 40 retail sales establishments located worldwide.
