• All hospitality employers within the geographic boundaries of the City of Emeryville who collect service charges from customers must pay the entirety of those charges to the workers who performed those services for which the charge was collected.
• Must be posted in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works.
• Required for businesses with employees who perform at least two hours of work in a week within the geographic boundaries of Emeryville
