Satisfies requirements of Sections 10.37.4 and 10.48.4 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code:
- Living Wage (10.37.4) = City contractors and subcontractors must post. Employers must pay employees a wage of no less than the hourly rates established under the article.
- Retaliation (10.37.4) = City contractors and subcontractors must post. Employers may not discriminate against an employee for asserting rights under the article.
- Fair Chance (10.48.4) = Required for Los Angeles contractors and subcontractors. Contractors and Subcontractors must consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment in a manner consistent with the requirements.
- Must be posted in a prominent place where it can easily be seen by the employees at the site of the work
