Mandatory Sunnyvale Change - Effective January 1, 2024
Sunnyvale, California, has made a mandatory change to its minimum wage poster to show the rate of $18.55 per hour which is in effect as of January 1, 2024. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.

• Meets requirements of Title 3, Chapter 3.80 Minimum Wage Regulations
• Required for all Sunnyvale employers, except for government agencies
• Employers are required to post a notice in the workplace informing employees of the current minimum wage rate and of their rights
• Notice should be posted in the top 3 languages spoken in the city based on the latest available census info
• Notice should be posted in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works
• Trilingual: English, Spanish and Chinese
• Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
