Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policies
At J. J. Keller, we want you to be happy with your purchase. To that end, we provide (1) a satisfaction guarantee if you purchased from J. J. Keller or any authorized seller, and/or (2) a return policy if you purchased from J. J. Keller. Additional terms below apply.
1) Satisfaction Guarantee
YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED
At J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. (“J. J. Keller”) we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a J. J. Keller product you purchased from J. J. Keller or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product within 60 days of shipment, if from J. J. Keller, or 60 days of purchase if from an authorized seller. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the J. J. Keller 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser. The Guarantee does not apply to the J. J. Keller® Electronic Logging Device and accessories, Vehicle Tracking and Telematics Devices and accessories, Cameras and accessories, Dash Cam (non-connected) and accessories, Compliance Tablet and accessories, or Virtual Reality Headsets and accessories as these products are covered by the Return Policy or J. J. Keller® Limited Warranty.
Certain products are covered by the Return Policy, not the Satisfaction Guarantee.
HOW TO CLAIM THE GUARANTEE
To submit a Guarantee request, please call one of our experts at 1-877-546-2333 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then, ship your J. J. Keller product, a proof of purchase, and your RMA number to:

You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of shipment, if from J. J. Keller, or 60 days of purchase if from an authorized seller. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred to ship your product to J. J. Keller, and proof of purchase. Please allow 30 days for processing of your claim.
J. J. Keller reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the J. J. Keller 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

2) Return Policy
For J. J. Keller-developed web-based training products or other products or services that come with their own license, including, but not limited to J. J. Keller® Training courses, online management services, video subscriptions, training kits, and software, the terms provided upon receipt or log-in to those services, or the terms otherwise agreed to between you and J. J. Keller apply.
You may request a return of the J. J. Keller® Electronic Logging Device and accessories, Vehicle Tracking and Telematics Devices and accessories, Cameras and accessories, Dash Cam (non-connected) and accessories, Compliance Tablet and accessories, or Virtual Reality Headsets and accessories within 30 days of shipment if the product is returned in its unopened, original packaging.
