In early 2022, FMCSA introduced new Entry-Level Driver Training regulations that set the baseline for training requirements for entry-level drivers. This applies to those seeking to obtain a Class A or Class B CDL for the first time, upgrade an existing Class B CDL to a Class A CDL, or obtain a school bus, passenger, or hazardous materials endorsement for the first time.
The new Entry-Level Driver Training (Passenger Endorsement) Training Curriculum is designed to help drivers meet the requirements set by the FMCSA for entry-level drivers seeking a passenger-carrying endorsement on a new or existing CDL.
