• Combines two required postings for employers performing work on federal-aid highway projects on one convenient poster:
  • Notice of Highway Construction Project (FHWA-1022) - Provides notice that a highway construction project is underway and is subject to applicable state and federal laws including Title 18, United States Code, Section 1020 that governs fraud and false statements in connection to the project.
  • Davis-Bacon Act Federal Contract Poster (WH1321) – Provides notice to laborers and mechanics employed on federal or federally assisted construction projects.
• Posting of these notices is required by the DOT Federal Highway Administration and Department of Labor.
• Must be posted in a prominent and accessible location at the worksite where it may be seen by all employees performing work on the contract
• Available in English and Spanish
