Commercial drivers must know how to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) skillfully and safely. It is important they understand the regulations that apply to them and can effectively manage risk while driving.

Whether a driver is new to the job or has years of experience, it is good practice they receive competency or refresher training on driving fundamentals.
