Please understand that J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. rarely commercializes unsolicited ideas, or inventions, particularly because many submissions are duplications of past research and development already in progress by our creative staff.

Any idea you submit will be considered non-confidential unless J. J. Keller determines that additional information is required. At that time, J. J. Keller may execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement that will govern the disclosure of requested information.

To submit a new product idea, please complete the following steps:

1. Print our New Product Idea Agreement.
2. Review the New Product Idea Agreement.
3. If you agree with the terms of the New Product Idea Agreement, sign it.
4. Send the signed New Product Idea Agreement and a description of your product idea to NewProductIdea@JJKeller.com or mail to:
