Texas: Prohibit Carry of Firearm or Other Weapon on Property Sign - 46.03, Bilingual

The 46.03 sign can be used by covered businesses to provide notice that firearms and other weapons are prohibited under section 46.03 of the Texas Penal Code as of September 1, 2021. Covered businesses include racetracks, airports, businesses selling alcoholic beverages, hospitals, correctional facilities, nursing facilities, and amusement parks. The sign must be posted at each entrance, in a conspicuous manner clearly visible to the public. Businesses not covered by section 46.03 can prohibit firearms with these signs: 30.05 (prohibiting unlicensed carry), 30.06 (prohibiting concealed carry), and 30.07 (prohibiting open carry).
