• Meets posting requirements of Texas Administrative Code (TAC) 28 Section 276.5 (d)
• Meets requirement to be printed with a title in at least 15 point bold type and text in at least 14 point normal type
• Required for employers with first responders. First responders include peace officers, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, firefighters, and emergency medical services volunteers.
• The notice must be posted in English, Spanish, and any other language that is common to the employer’s employees
