  • Bright safety red and contrasting black hasp (5-1/4" x 3" body) has an unmistakable stop-shaped octagon front panel shield
  • Hasp is molded in lightweight, durable, all-dielectric plastic
  • Contains a specially designed lockout tag
  • Insert the open end of the 1/4" wide loop to lock out the device; the hasp hangs by the 1-3/8" x 2-3/4" closed oval loop
  • Fill out the lockout tag and insert the top hole over the octagon-shaped tab inside the hasp
  • Close down the 2-1/4" octagon panel to hold the tag in place
  • Slip the open loop end into the open side of the hasp and brace securely with up to three padlocks
