Albuquerque, New Mexico, has made a mandatory change to its Minimum Wage posting to explain that, while the city’s minimum wage has increased, employers must pay the higher state rate of $12 per hour as of January 1, 2025. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.
- Satisfies requirements of the Albuquerque Minimum Wage Ordinance (Section 13-12-4 ROA 1994)
- Informs employees of the current minimum wage rate and their rights under the ordinance
- Mandatory for employers required to have a business license or business registration from the City of Albuquerque
- Notice must be posted in a prominent place at any workplace or job site where any employee works
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
