• New Jersey state law (N.J.A.C. 13:8-1.3.) requires employers in the housing industry to post a notice of New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination, which prohibits discrimination in the sale or rental of housing
• Regulations of the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights require that all real estate brokers and persons who sell or rent real property covered by the Law Against Discrimination must display the notice
• Notice must be posted in places that are easily visible to all prospective tenants and purchasers
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
