Mandatory Cook County Change - Effective July 1, 2024
Cook County, Illinois, has made a mandatory change to its Minimum Wage Ordinance Notice to Employees to update information about how to file a complaint. • Meets posting requirements in Cook County Minimum Wage Ordinance, Section 42-15 and Earned Sick Leave Ordinance, Section 42-6
• Required posting for covered employers in Cook County
• Must be posted in a conspicuous location
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
