Mandatory Cook County Change - Effective July 1, 2024
Cook County, Illinois, has made a mandatory change to its Minimum Wage Ordinance Notice to Employees to update information about how to file a complaint. The city also has a new Paid Sick Leave Ordinance posting, which replaces the Earned Sick Leave Ordinance posting. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details. The revised poster's anticipated ship date is July 19, 2024.

• Meets posting requirements in Cook County Minimum Wage Ordinance, Section 42-15 and Earned Sick Leave Ordinance, Section 42-6
• Required posting for covered employers in Cook County
• Must be posted in a conspicuous location
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
