DOT Authority Monitoring Service FAQs

Our team of specialists monitor a carrier’s MCS-150, UCR and PHMSA renewals, MC and USDOT numbers, ensures they have the appropriate BOC-3 process agents, and verifies that valid insurance is on file.

If a carrier’s authority credentials are found to be non-compliant, our specialists will identify the problem, inform the carrier, and assist them in solving the issue to reinstate their operating status.

This service is priced at the low, monthly rate of $45 per DOT number.

Because this service is focused on monitoring federal authority requirements as opposed to state-specific requirements, it’s best suited for interstate carriers that are required to file their UCR and MCS-150, and designate a process agent for each state they operate in.
