• Meets requirements of Denver Revised Municipal Code, Chapter 58, Article II, Sec. 58-17(a)(3) and Chapter 28, Article IV, Sec. 28-104
• Who must post:
  • Minimum wage: Employers with employees who work in Denver for more than four hours in a week.
  • Discrimination: All employers with 20 or more employees except government employers. Includes government contractors.
• Notice should be posted in a conspicuous location
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
