Mandatory Milpitas Change - Effective July 1, 2024
The city of Milpitas, California, has made a mandatory change to its minimum wage and worker rights postings to show the minimum wage rate of $17.70 per hour that takes effect on July 1. • Meets posting requirement in City of Milpitas Municipal Code, Title III, III-31-7.00
• Required posting for employers subject to the city's business license requirements. Includes the city of Milpitas but not other government employers.
• Must be posted in a conspicuous place at the facility of where any employee works in the City
• Available in English, Vietnamese and Chinese
• Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
