Mandatory Hayward Change - Effective January 1, 2025.
Hayward, California, has made a mandatory change to its Minimum Wage posting to show the rates of $16.50 per hour for employers with 25 or fewer employees and $17.36 per hour for employers with 26 or more employees that take effect on January 1, 2025. • Required for employers within Hayward, California
• The rate will increase each January 1st
• Must be posted in a location where it can be easily read by employees
• Multilingual: English, Spanish, and Chinese
• Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
