Mandatory East Palo Alto Change - Effective January 1, 2025.
East Palo Alto, California, has made a mandatory change to its Minimum Wage posting to show the rate of $17.45 per hour that takes effect on January 1, 2025. View our Recent Updates and Requirements report for details.

• Meets requirements of East Palo Alto Municipal Code 5.10.040
• Required for employers who are subject to the East Palo Alto Business License Tax or who maintain a facility in East Palo Alto
• Employers are required to post a notice in the workplace informing employees of the current minimum wage rate and of their rights
• Notice should be posted in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Posters are made of a durable, eco-friendly poly material that reduces impact on the environment and holds up in high-traffic areas or outdoor displays
