No Smoking, No Vaping Icon Label

Vaping prohibited: Effective December 31, 2018, the Massachusetts Smoking in Public Places law bans vaping as well as smoking. The state encourages employers to update their workplace signs with a new version to make it clear that both smoking and vaping are prohibited.

Under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 270, Section 22, every area where smoking is prohibited shall have no smoking signs conspicuously posted. Signs must be clearly visible to employees, customers, and visitors.

• Stock signs in rigid materials (aluminum, plastic, laminated plastic) have 4 drill holes in each corner; stock signs in flexible materials (vinyl adhesive, laminated vinyl adhesive, tagboard, vinyl magnetic) have no drill holes
