Thank you for the question. For CDL drivers, the medical qualification is tied to their driving record (MVR), which is accepted in all states, so it's not necessary to update the medical certificate. As long as the examiner was on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners when the exam was performed, the card will be valid.
