EEO-1 reporting time

The 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection is tentatively scheduled to open on April 12. The tentative deadline to file the 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 Report is May 17.
The EEO-1 Report (officially called the Employer Information Report EEO-1) must be filed annually with the EEOC’s Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics (OEDA) Employer Data Team.
This report collects workforce data from employers with 100 or more employees (and federal contractors with 50 or more employees).
