Be sure to post your 300-A form!

If your establishment is covered by 29 CFR 1904.32, be sure to have the OSHA Form 300-A (or equivalent) signed by your company executive and keep it posted from February 1 to April 30, 2022, in a conspicuous place(s). Last year, the top violators of the requirement included:

• NAICS 332: Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing;
• NAICS 311: Food Manufacturing;
• NAICS 423: Merchant Wholesalers, Durable Goods;
• NAICS 445: Food and Beverage Stores; and
• NAICS 238: Specialty Trade Contractors.
